Do I need to have a website?

No, having a website is not required, although it is of course the easiest way to send referrals to eSpindle.

You can also promote our program by requesting brochures (tagged with your affiliate code), or by helping students get started with their initial 10-day trial session.
In both cases, as long as they enter our site via www.eSpindle.org/ ### (where "###" is your unique associate ID), you will automatically earn your rewards.

Qualifying businesses can also partner with us by processing site licenses and memberships through their own merchant system. We will then drop-ship licenses and handle all customer service tasks.

Do I need to know how to make banners, or how to code?

Your affiliate back office, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, already offers a large selection of banners, text ads and descriptions.

All you need to do is choose the one that best targets your audience, and copy/paste it into your website or email campaign.
Your associate ID is automatically included.

When will you pay me?

We pay our affiliates on the first of each month, as soon as the $100 payout minimum is met. If your account contains less than $100 at the beginning of the month, your rewards will roll over into the next month.

What happens if a referred visitor does not immediately sign up?

eSpindle's tracking software registers each referral for 5 years.
This means: Even if the visitor does not do anything at their first visit, but subscribes later on - you will still get the rewards.

What is the difference between a "unique visitor" and a "visitor"?

The "visitor" link in your back office shows the number of visits our site has received through your referrals - this commonly includes more than one visit by the same person.
A "unique visitor" is added to your statistics every time a visitor is coming to our site for the first time based on your referral.

Do you offer a second-tier affiliate program?

Yes! Everyone who signs up for our affiliate program after being referred by you will start bringing you effortless rewards.
You'll earn 25% of all bonuses paid to affiliates you recruited, fully automatic.

What kind of Affiliate program are you using, and why?

We are using IDevAffiliate, which is a software that is hosted on our server.
Using our own management system - not a third party service - has the advantage that your information is never shared.

How can I know my referrals are properly credited?

Our associate program is 100% transparent.
You can access your affiliate office any time, and will always see the current, up-to-date information.
To check if everything is working properly, please copy your affiliate code from you back office after logging in. Publish it, visit your website and click on your link. You will instantly see that the number of visitors has just increased by one.
